Tobby C. Gallibu

           He is a graduate of University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao with the degree of BSED- Social Science. He is currently a university instructor teaching Arts and Social Sciences. However, his enduring passion for arts, he held himself to focus on the application of the different types of shading and the symbols or elements based on connotative interpretation. He is a self-taught artist dealing in the intrinsic value of work of art. Without much knowledge and background in arts, he is currently going back to fundamental basic principles and rules of arts-inspired on the books and teachings of other artists. In his past work of arts, he was more on portraits using graphite pencils, color pencils, pen and inks. Then, he also participates on the local competitions using acrylic on canvas reaching and showing the concepts that go beyond practical interpretation. With the use of meanings of colors, codes and iconography that contrasts on the history and contemporary issues.
