FERNANDO M. URATA

          Owen has use to call him by his friends was born and raised in Tuguegarao city, Cagayan valley. He has been doing incredible arts for more than 10 years. He was invited by a friend to join Cagayano Artists Group Inc. where he was trained and developed his skills in visual arts. He is now an active member of the group.

Fernando is a self- employed graphic and visual artist whose artworks expand into painting, drawing, animation and photography. Using his own technique to the different mediums like oil pastel, water colour, acrylic and enamel, he has produced impressionism and realism. He wants to meet famous artist and learn from them.
