EDGAR PAZ, Artist, Photographer
and Graphic Designer was inspired in drawing and painting from his Grade School
Art Teaches and Komiks Illustrators. At young age, he already made earnings
from requests by his schoolmates and teachers
.
He holds bachelor of science in Industrial
Education and Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Cagayan State
University and an Undergraduate in B.S Architecture from the Saint Louis
University.
Edgar has served in various
Government Agencies for 35 years, and avails early retirement as Media Production
Specialist II at the Department of Agriculture in year 2013.
HE was a Top Ten Government
Photographers of the Philippines in 1997, a Gawad Saka Regional Awardee and
National Finalist for Employee category in 1999. He is also an Agriculture PRC
License Holder.
After his retirement, he
frequently travels to the USA and has worked as a volunteer at the California
Food Bank and a printing teacher at El Dorado Elementary School in San Francisco
in year 2014 and 2015
He is also one of the founding
members of the Cagayano Artists Group Inc, joined various Group Art Shows and
has Held 1 Solo Exhibit.
Edgar is self-thought Graphic
Designer, proficient in Adobe Photoshop, also an active member of the Art
association of the Philippines. Being retired with more time on his hands, he
keeps painting.
