Felson is a 49 years old from Ibanag/Itawes community from Iguig, Cagayan Province. He can speak Tagalog, English, Ibanag and Ilocano and Itawes. He started doing his artwork since his elementary days,however, he took painting seriously when he was in High School and started to sculpt in 2002. He was influenced by his father and mother. His father is adept in lettering while his mother is good at drawing. His favorite artists are Fidel Sarmiento, Michaelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci. He uses acrylic, oil paint, pencil and mixed media. He wants to be recognized as well-known artists. He always has the urge to paint, but the lack of materials frustrates him.
